My goal is to help inspire other individuals to physically and mentally challenge themselves to reach personal fitness goals. Through consistent--healthy practices and habits, clients will create a solid foundation for structure, in order for them to progress in years moving forward.
Serving clients in South Orange County--offering movement in the comfort of your home, or locally outdoors. Training regime/structure varies based on individual needs. Training sessions are catered specifically towards ones goals while incorporating safe and healthy long-term practices.
Private groups catered to 4 or more individuals per session. Beach workouts are designed to provide high intensity cardio with low impact movement. Exercises utilize the use of beach equipment such as: resistance bands, cones, hurdles, ladders, medicine balls, hula-hoops and more!
